Allow us to guide you on a unique evening through the mangrove forest and glowing waters of the Bioluminescent Bay at Laguna Grande! Upon arriving at the Kayak Village there will be life jackets distributed and a kayaking 101 crash course! Then it’s time to hit the water for this once in a lifetime experience. With safety as a top priority, guides will help to navigate through the mangrove channel and into Laguna Grande. The darker it gets and closer to the lagoon, the more you will be able to see the water glowing beneath you. Any object the comes into contact with the water will create a trail of bioluminescence that is one of nature’s wonders! After a gathering to discuss the history and biology of this magnificent eco system you will be able to enjoy on your own before paddling back through the mangrove channel to our launch point. As you depart the Kayak Village, there will be a serene feeling that is truly indescribable!
